Hi, my name is Alex. I’m a single mother of a wonderful 9‑year‑old boy — he’s a great kid and I love him to bits. I’ve been a dog groomer for about 10 years and have been around animals most of my life. I also have a cat who is an awesome, chill companion. I’m currently working as a dog and cat groomer here in Edmonton and have been with my current salon for 5 years. I’ve attended vet school, so I know the basics of animal health and medicine. I’m both a dog and cat person — I love them equally — and now I’m hoping to expand my work to include caring for the animals I see and love every day, I also have 2 years of dog sitting experience behind me.
